FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would love to work within your budget. If the job is to big for the budget you have. I’m pretty good at finding other ways to save money and editing plans if needed. We want to be competitive with our pricing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to start with getting to know the person a little just get a feel of who I’m working with, then I move into details and measurements. I normally take a lot of pictures and/or references videos so I don’t miss anything when I get home. My estimate normally take around 2 day just so I can have enough time to contact my subcontractor and put numbers together. If the estimate is excepted, I typically tell customers we will start in 1 day or 2 just so I can have enough time to coordinate everyone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I came into to business as a Project Manager not a contractor. It is the safest place to learn. The education acquired from overseeing all areas of remodeling is what excels me over my competitors. Being a good manager/leader unlocks knowledge that can only be learned on the job.
