I was comforted by the fact that Reuben didn't accept my diagnosis of failed roller bearings for my ProForm treadmill, but was deliberate in his assessment and was able to repair my treadmill without replacing any parts. I consider Reuben to be a very friendly and competent technician.

I never leave reviews but this one was well earned. i bought a bike off Temu and of course no clear written instructionsI Mr. Taylor arrived and didn't flinch. No instructions? No biggie! But I was still worried as it had more than the usual small/itty bitty screws/nuts and bolts due to the cheap price. So I found a youtube video for a similar bike but quickly realized the video wasn't needed. Mr. Taylor was able to put the bike together out of sheer "know how" Say WHAAAAT??? Bonus: He gave me tips on exercise/maintaining the bike/adjusting the seat etc... Icing On The Cake : EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE! only $125.00.
