- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is governed really by the client. If we drive our vehicles to a clients home and don't do any work - just look around and see what the problem is and let the client know. Generally they're looking at a $ 75.00 fee which they become exempt from paying If they allow us to do the work. Then we charge according to what the job is worth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk with our new clients initially to find out what it is they really want done electrically so it doesn't cost them a lot of money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for two (2) electrical company's doing major electrical installation - ground up. And went to school as I trained for these companies and graduated from IEC after four ( 4 ) years of schooling. I was an apprentice, then journeyman, and now I'm a Master Electrician with my contractor's license. I took the State of Georgia Electrical License exam. I now own an electrical company and have been doing electrical work for twenty years.
