- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Pre-inspection of carpets to identify proper cleaning methods and special attention required for specific areas. Locate and discuss any potential carpet damage or wear. 2) Remove or elevate required fixtures and furniture. 3) Dry soil removal with a commercial vacuum. 4) Pre-treat carpet with specialized carpet cleaning agents and spot removers. 5) Hot water extraction with commercial units to clean and rinse carpet using clear water and specific procedures to reduce moisture levels. 6) Treat any remaining spots with specific chemistry to remove difficult spots. 7) Insert plastic tabs under any required furniture to eliminate staining. 8) Set air handlers, if required, to speed the drying process. 9) Inspect work to ensure high quality of results.

My formal training was acquired through Gary Clipperton,founder and President of National Pro Clean Corp, who have over 40 years experience.
