I just moved into a home I'm renting and there was a horrible smell coming from the carpet, it appeared to be clean but whenever the house got warm an odor just hung in the air. Property Restoration was able to come in and get rid of the smell and now I'm loving my new place. Thank you so much for fixing issue!!

Hassan took care of everything when we found a leak under the kitchen sink. He determined the damage was not as severe and the sheet rock and insulation below the could be dried/treated and did not need to be cut away and replaced as was quoted by other water damage remediation companies. Hassan moved fast to get the equipment in place and really saved the day coordinating a plumber he knew to fix the cause and kept me informed the entire time about what to expect. I would recommend Hassan and I will be keeping his number. I will post before and after photos when I get a chance so you can see the work.
