Yes I charge a flat fee for my services. That price in most cases doesn't change.

I'm a certified maintenance tech I'm heating and air certified I'm sbca certified

I've worked with great customers that I've learned a lot from. They have shown and taught me how to be a professional. I've also learned to give great customer service. I thank them all for patronizing my company.
