- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are always informative and educational about pricing. I always tell my customers that if they are in question on pricing on any repair to check out homewyse. com. We also try to stay 10-20% below market and competitors pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by introducing myself, ask the customer what the issue of problem is, how long or when the problem occurred. Any other issues that may be related. At that time I will do a thorough diagnosis of the issue. Then give the customer the best possible solution and cost for the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 40+ years in General Construction. Master Carpenter. Certified in roofing systems. Expert in reading blueprints. Master Plumber for 15 years in commercial and residential plumbing systems. Certified equipment operator (excavator, skid steer, bobcat, forklift, scissor lift). Hold certificate in computer operating systems.
