Responded within minutes of request. I needed someone who could visit at a specific time (early morning) to give my dog medicine, and they accommodated the request. Winter weather was scheduled during time I had booked and kept me informed about scheduled so I wasn't in lunch. Also refund the last day she couldn't make it bc of ice/snow. Would use again.

My first time getting my 11 month Maltipoo groomed. You would never believe this was Snowball first grooming. Groomer was so gentle, patient & loving. I’ll Definitely use her again. As a matter of fact she’s coming back in two weeks to groom my other Maltipoo.
