- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is straightforward. 1. The customer will request a quote, we respond within 24 hours with a quote and we contact the customer to introduce our company. 2. Once the quote is approved by the customer, they will receive the rental contract to review, sign, and return along with the payment link. 3. Once we receive the payment and contract back, the customer is confirmed and added to our delivery schedule. 4. We contact the customer 7 days prior if there is a final payment. 24 hours before the delivery we send out a reminder text to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and 20 years of event planning experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started renting party equipment because I have a passion for it and I always planned events for family and friends.
