- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be VERY fair and sensitive to the occasion. I require a 50% down-payment to secure my availability for your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I NEVER try to tell the client what to decide but I do try to guide them in making wise,practical decisions that will ensure their event will be successful and memorable!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two degrees in music. I have been performing for several decades.
