They overcharged for the job because they brought three professionals instead of one. They one removed the charge for the two other pros that showed up because we never asked for three professionals on the job. They then advised us to choose another vendor because the tasks were too simple even though we put out a bid and they accepted the bid with all tasks detailed in the description. We reviewed the work done and we have issues with a toilet they came to fix. They added a toilet wax ring but now the actual toilet literally moves left to right! We have to find another professional to fix this issue. Under no circumstance did we expect this. Highly disappointed. Will never use this vendor again

We do apologize for this inconvenience and all our work is 90 day guaranteed we are sorry for your experience with TCH and I fully agree with you. This should have been addressed. Had you have conversed with us about the issue of the toilet? I would’ve came out and addressed it.
