- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive but straight forward. No shortcuts and no additional fees. We like to present the full scope of the job and be honest. No two repairs would have the same price. We try our best to help out every customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Our typical process goes from first contacting us and giving us an idea of the roof problem in order to be prepared to the appointment. 2) The inspection- we inspect everything from roofs, attics, room of leakage in order to diagnose the problem (photos have to be taken of the property to document) 3) We present the problems, documentation, and scope/invoice to the homeowner. We also schedule a day to complete the job if it can't be completed in that moment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 10 years of experience installing and repairing roofs. We install roofs to manufactures' and state code in order to not void warranties. We work closely with our manufacture representatives in order to deliver the best quality materials and service.
