Michael and his team did an amazing job assisting me with a mold issue found under my baseboards. I believe that this review is a mistake because I have not received your samples back from the laboratory. The review was left on the same day your was tested. As explained during your inspection, testing takes 3-5 business days process from time of payment. Payment was received several days after testing. We expect to received your mold test results next week and our mold report will be completed after receiving your mold test results. We will provide you an mold remediation estimate and a mold protocol.

We treat all of our client's cleaning needs, big or small, as a priority. We give proactive communication, so you can be informed and make the decision to optimize your cleaning experience. We walk/review the items that need to be cleaned and we revisit your area/items with you to ensure that we have exceeded your expectations.

Masters Degree Acquired IICRC Certified: Carpet, Upholstery, Carpet Repair, Water Successfully completed Travelers Insurance Adjuster Training
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had been an insurance adjuster and worked with carpet cleaners on various types of losses. After working in the industry, I wanted a career that was challenging and rewarding!
