I ensure that my prices are fair both to my customers and my business. To show my customers how much I value them I offer specials on different services to drive loyalty for my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start my new customers off with a free one on one consultation. This is where I get to know my customers and their lawncare needs and build that relationship with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience and training goes as far as 15 years back with experience and license professionals of the Lawncare businesses. I also continue my research through various resources to ensure my continued growth in my business.
