Loveday was very professional and showed me the last contractor’s lousy work. They were supposed to do a 6 months maintenance visit and “ clean “ the compressors,etc. they left cobweb still sitting inside the compressors and also quoted $266 to replace a capacitor which Loveday did for a better price. He is NOT pushy and honest, super good guy.

Excellent service and great value. I went through three other HVAC techs when my furnace and air conditioner units started to have problems. Loveday is an honest HVAC technician with a decade plus worth of experience in the industry. His knowledge and attention to detail helped us resolve our failed hvac unit issue and leakage issues in the attic. He also helped us replace one HVAC system and perform a flexible duct repair.
