- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very reasonable and super affordable. No hidden fees. We charge a flat rate for most services. We provide discounts for first time customers. We also offer specials for customers who book within 24 hours of receiving offer/pricing. Our goal is to provide quality services to all customers hassle-free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new customer or existing customer, Sityfresh® treats all customers the same. We communicate with each customer first in order to determine how many rooms need to be cleaned. We also discuss if any stains i.e. food/pets or spills that may need enzyme treatment. After all areas and/or issues have been addressed then We provide a fixed rate for all services to be rendered on service order. We provide steam cleaning services using hot-water extraction techniques and as Sityfresh®, we pride ourselves on educating and updating the customer throughout the cleaning process. If We notice any additional areas that may need extra work then We make sure to notify the customer first for awareness, additional fees if applicable, and approval before proceeding. Customers are allowed to make special requests before or during the job service and We do our best to always accommodate. Our process is “Customer-Centered and Quality-Driven”™️ so the customer(s) and Sityfresh® are always working on one accord.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians are IICRC Certified. IICRC stands for the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification.
