- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Minima, we take pride in our transparent quoting and billing process, which is divided into two components: a Design Fee and a Project Fee. The Project Fee represents the total cost of all design elements approved by the client to bring their vision to life. The Design Fee is the flat rate for our design services, calculated by multiplying the square footage of the space(s) by $4. Our design philosophy of Minimalism allows us to curate elements that harmonize functionality, balance, and elegance in your space. Every selection is intentional, serving a purpose while making a meaningful impact. The result? A space that feels refined, purposeful, and uniquely yours. *all pricing shown reflects design fee and not project fee
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is as follows: Virtual Design Consultation: I'll get to know you 1:1, discuss your preferences, lifestyle, goals and explore the possibilities for transforming your space(s) into one that feels uniquely yours. Design Proposal: After our comprehensive design consultation, you will receive a design proposal/ design contract that details all of the spaces and design elements previously discussed. It will detail costs (project budget and flat design fee), estimated and timelines and other project details. Onboarding: Once the contract is discussed and approved, the designing begins!! A full site measure of all spaces within the scope of the project is conducted and all new clients receive a client welcome packet to relay full transparency of our design process and multiple forms of contact information.

B.F.A. in Interior Design from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD)
