The repairman was on time and was very thorough in analyzing our equipment. The initial treadmill problem was electrical versus what we initially reported, and the elliptical had some bolts/nuts that needed tightened. Our pieces of equipment had unreported problems that were identified and repaired. We would highly recommend this company for repair service. Thanks

The website says $100 for a service visit. After booking with the company, I was informed that it would be a minimum of $200 for just the visit. Not the repair. They said that it is $150 for a site visit and then a $50 trip charge. Nowhere on the website does it say anything like that. I will never trust thumbtack or this merchant again because one of them is flat out lying about costs and luring customers in based on false and misleading advertising.

The technician called me ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. Showed up on time and was very professional. Showed me the work he did and explained why I was having issues with my elliptical belt popping off. Replaced the parts and it works great now. Punctual, Professional, Friendly. I will use them again when the need comes.
