- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer discounts when multiple chimneys are involved. Junk Removal Service- Your total is based on how much space the items take up on the trailer. Feel free to send a picture of the items. Or on arrival, I’ll give you an estimate, and once it’s loaded you’ll get the total.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we find out if and what each client needs. If it’s within our scope of expertise, we provide the client with good service and fair prices.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Clients fireplace would not ignite. After troubleshooting, we learned what part was malfunctioning and replaced it. This was done very quickly. The job took a few hours.
