- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies per project. Pricing is mainly based on stitch count and quantities. The higher the quantity the larger the discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first start off with a consultation to understand the customer needs then we collect customer information, logo files, mock-ups and/or artwork… we then provide an accurate estimate for customer approval. Once estimates are approved they’re automatically transferred into an invoice I’m which a deposit is required to begin production. Our standard turnaround is 7-10 business days after receipt of deposit.
