I explained in total detail length and how high the fence needed to be and type of fence black chain link. 50 feet long and 5 feet high, no gates or turns needed just a straight run from the end of my existing fence back to the direction of the road. He refused to offer an estimate without coming to my property. I feel the reason he wanted to come to my home would be to judge the size of my home to justify more cost to install the fence. My request of an online wasn't asking too much since another installer had been willing to give me a quote over the phone and sent to me online as well. I feel to price a fence job based on the size of your home is totally unfair.
