I've been helping women as a certified online fitness coach achieve their dream toned body without cardio and dieting since 2017. I mainly focus on teaching them build muscle by lifting weights since muscle is the most "calorically-expensive" tissue in our bodies.
As opposed to many trainers using cardio to burn fat, I prefer my clients to focus on reshaping their bodies by building muscle that will set them up to be a fat-burning machine for life since muscle takes a lot more calories to maintain compared to fat tissue :)
I call my method the Metabolic Reset Protocol which focuses on:
1. Increasing your calories in the right way to reboot your metabolism if you have been low-calorie dieting;
2. Reshaping your body by doing strategic workouts that help you drop body fat and get toned; and
3. Reframing your mindset around your relationship with food and yourself.
