Got a estimate on thumbtack for $50. When they arrived they mentioned $120 because there was about two bags of leaves they would have to pick up. They also mentioned overgrown grass. We just got the grass cut right before the holidays, it is now starting to grow. I didn't get good vibes at all from price hikes. I was unable to meet them at the property, so there was no way I was gonna give them the code to go into my property and keep do the backyard. Cameras don't show overgrown grass either. So yeah. Just be ware. If you are there you may be great work. If you are not confirm thumbtack estimate is good.
