The dedicated, hardworking, trustworthy, and incessantly reliable woman that leads this cleaning service is someone I hold very high regard for. In my world, you have to earn that and its not an easy thing to do. This service has never let me down, has always stayed on top of the schedule (even when I dont) and expertly take care of business with a seamlessly professional air. If they say they will be there, you can bet that they will be. If you arent happy with something, they will make it right. If you forgot to ask for that extra thing you wanted cleaned or laundered, they already took care of it. This is a service I have relied heavily on for almost a year. I cannot thank Tenacity Clean enough for taking care of my home the way that I do when I am there. I have tasked this service with both extra and unexpected tasks as well as very last minute requests and not once have they balked, complained, or failed to deliver. If everyone out there woke up this driven, dedicated, and hard working, the world would be a much better place. Thank you ladies for all you do!!

I highly recommend Tenacity Clean for all cleaning needs and especially move out cleaning. Ms. Johnson communicated well and timely from the very beginning and worked with us to make sure we got what we needed. Her team arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and did a thorough job.
