- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the job, not by the hour. This means we consider factors like the size of your home, the level of cleaning needed, and any specific requests you have. By doing it this way, you get a clear, upfront price with no surprises. We believe this approach is fair and ensures you only pay for the work that’s necessary to leave your home sparkling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients, I start by having them send photos of each room so I can get a clear idea of the space and its needs. From there, I provide a customized quote based on the size of the home and the level of cleaning required. Once the quote is accepted, we’ll schedule the first cleaning and discuss any special requests or preferences to ensure everything meets your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Though I don’t have a specific certification in cleaning, my experience in corporate restaurant management gave me a strong foundation in organization, cleanliness, and customer service. I’ve always had a natural eye for detail, and over time, I’ve honed my skills through hands-on experience and learning what works best for every home.
