- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as reasonable as possible. My prices include the cost of cleaning supplies, gas, car maintenance, as well as compensation for the time it takes us to make your home SHINE.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first off introduce myself so you can get a feel of the type of person i am. I then proceed to my checklist to ensure i can meet all of your needs. We discuss pricing and scheduling and move forward accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for some of the top companies in the past 10-14 years. The skills they taught and critiqued me on is what makes me successful today.
