I am a Certified Life & Career Coach for professionals who feel stuck, burnt out, unfulfilled, and unsure of what to do next. I help you find your purpose and reignite the spark of joy and fulfillment in your life and career. I specialize in both Accountability Coaching and Soul Purpose Career Coaching. It's not the kind of career coaching where we update your resume, practice interview skills, and send you on your way. That's great - just not my jam. I focus on helping clients get clarity on what they want, find their purpose, and figure out their next career step so that they can be both fulfilled and financially abundant. It's all about clarity and purpose. With Accountability Coaching you'll quickly see that I have a structured, organized style that helps you stay on track to the business and life goals that matter most to you. I use trackers, tools, time management, and even a bit of tough love to get you where you want to go! My coaching philosophy is that I believe that lasting transformation requires us to do both the "inner work" and the "outer work." The inner work being mindset work, self-talk, and self-care and the outer work being strategy and action-taking! In terms of qualifications, I have been a full-time Certified Coach since 2016. I have a BA in Sociology from the George Washington University and went on to pursue my MA in Sociology and Education from Columbia University. Prior to striking out on my own and starting my coaching career, I was a Program Manager for a nationwide nonprofit organization that helped post-9/11 veterans to transition from their military careers into meaningful civilian careers. I am also a Certified Reiki Practitioner and Meditation Teacher. I work with clients locally in Savannah, GA and virtually all over the US and across the world! I offer one-on-one monthly coaching subscriptions to fit my clients different needs and lifestyles. Level 1 Align & Shine: $150 per month - Perfect for clients who are on the right track already and just need an occasional "tune up" to stay aligned and focused - Up to 1 coaching session per month - Telegram text support (Mon-Thur) Level 2 Momentum Builder: $280 per month - Great for those who have big goals and need support staying accountable and focused when life gets busy - Up to 2 coaching sessions per month - Telegram text support (Mon-Thur) Level 3 The Transformation Track: $380 per month - For clients who want to make a big change in a short period of time and aren't afraid to do the work! - Up to 3 coaching sessions per month - Telegram text support (Mon-Thur) I also have a monthly accountability membership community called the Empowered Leadership Collective that I co-run with my colleague Samaria Williams who is a Licensed Therapist. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a client wants to work with me in a one-on-one capacity, I like to start with a free Discovery Call. This ensures that we are a good fit for one another. After the Discovery Call they will receive a follow-up email with a link to purchase their package and onboarding information such as their coaching contract, links to schedule their sessions, and preparation materials for the first call.
