DJ Neal kept the party going. This event was right after the hurricane and even though he was unsure of the state of his own home he made it to our event and didn’t miss a beat! We were scrambling to set up and he didn’t hesitate to jump in and help. HIRE him. You won’t regret it. We had a destination wedding- but I wish we lived closer to hire him for all of our events! He obviously loves to DJ and loves people!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I OFFER UP FRONT ALL INCLUSIVE PRICES WITH UNLITED HOURS. This removes the stress of do I want this, that, etc. I am very competitive for this market and my ratings-- you may find cheaper but you won't find it with my reputation and experience. As an independent I can be flexible---Print off other quotes and we can talk!!!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Respond rapidly to their initial request, then remain actively involved in the process with them. Since DJing is the only activity I do, I am also available to assist. I send out an email with an information sheet that has the basic information on it for the event that walks them through the planning process as well. If they have questions I am available by phone, email, or text.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years experience with DJ, and over 30 years of Customer Service. I strive to ensure the customer remembers the day as one of the best and smoothest.
