I had an amazing experience working with Stephanie, she has been an ultimate professional. This was my first rental property so I did not know anything about managing a rental property. Stephanie took her time and patiently explained everything to me so that I can understand the details. Her communication skills and the attention to detail are excellent and was really easy to deal with. I highly recommend her for any of your rental needs.

Scott and his team has more than delivered on their promise. Not for one moment have I felt I wasn’t in good hand. These guys are on top of their game and with the best rate in the Atlanta area. In less than 2 months they have already prepared in listed 2 of my properties with lightning speed and the 3rd property I’m sure will get listed right away as soon as I close. By the way, they send me weekly report on tenant applicants, a knowledge base and so much more. I highly recommend you give these guys a try.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
************* charges a flat $80/month property management fee, which is much more fair and reasonable than the industry standard 7-10% of the monthly rent. If your house is vacant, our commission is 75% of 1 month's rent to find, screen, and place a tenant for your house.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sign a Property Management Agreement and ************* will start marketing your home for rent! We will list your house in GAMLS, FMLS, and over 20+ third party websites such as Trulia, Zillow and Hotpads.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed real estate broker. I graduated with honors from N.C. State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Every quarter I take continuing education classes in property management. I have been managing residential properties for over 20 years and I currently own rental properties.
