You will not be disappointed with The Training Box. The personal training area has everything I need for the best workout. The CrossFit area is top of the line with great equipment. The gym is clean and well kept. My trainer Max is knowledgeable, friendly, motivating and works with my schedule. I willingly drive 27 miles for my workouts because I see progress with every workout!

Max is a beast!! Very understanding and truly cares about his clients. Great atmosphere and great team! I had to take a 3 month break, what a huge mistake but I’m looking forward to getting back in the grind and having Max kick my butt into shape in the next couple weeks!!
I would highly recommend Max to anyone as a personal trainer!!!

After looking at several different personal trainers, I decided to go with Cooper. He was more than happy to meet with me beforehand. I have a knee condition that Cooper has had no problems working around. From the very first visit I liked his style. I'm rarely every sore afterwards, even though I feel like I leave it all on the floor! I truly feel like I can achieve my goals with him. He works every group of muscles in the body in every work out. 100% satisfaction!
