I recently had a bad moving experience with another company so I was hesitant to hire anyone else. But when I reached out to Big Deal Movers Jeremy was professional, very respectful, and understood my hesitation. Pat and Jeremy came, they even showed up earlier than originally scheduled, moved the items out of my storage and placed the items in my new home without hesitation or delay. They even went as far as reorganizing a unorganized storage unit left by previous movers. Thank you guys, you display the professionalism and customer service that large companies fail these day. You care about your work. I will definitely work with them in the future.

I dreaded dealing with movers again. The well-known metro area company that moved us to FL from GA charged double what they quoted and sent a ragtag group of movers, with one reeking of yesterday's booze. Our experience with Big Deal Moving was the opposite of that prior experience. All communication with Jeremy was prompt and professional while Malik and Patrick were awesome movers. They wrapped, boxed, and padded all furniture appropriately. They were focused on getting the job done properly and safely. We will recommend Big Deal Movers to our family and friends because we were very pleased with the service we received. The final bill matched what we were quoted and expected.

Jeremy and the boys were absolutely fantastic. I have moved every year for the past 10 years and what should have been one of the hardest moves from a 2 story house to a 4 story townhouse was an absolute breeze. They arrived early and did not stop working the entire time. AMAZING efficiency. They were quick to problem solve and so willing to adapt and make it work for us. On top of that they did everything with a smile. Would highly recommend!!!!
