This is not a real moving company and I was in a near fatal accident and I was unable to pack my things up and get moved because I was suffering from a traumatic brain injury and severe concussion and the owner of the so called company told me that he had good employees that had been there for over 2 years and they would quickly and efficiently pack my things up and move everything to my new address and then they would set my beds back up and connect my washer and dryer and mount my tv’s. I paid a deposit for them to come on June 8th and nobody came. I was forced to stay up from morning until night packing and I was not supposed to be doing anything like that because of my injuries and I was blacking out from my condition. I called and told him that I wanted them there the next day because I had to get moved out and he had another move scheduled and didn’t want to come. I got very upset because of what I was being forced to do at the expense of my health and I talked to the lady that answered the phone and explained that this wasn’t ok. She called me back and said that they would come the next morning and she would come and help. After they got there I found out that he had no employees except for one and he only worked for him for 3 days and after a couple of hours he quit and walked off the job and that only left one man and he wasn’t his employee and he was called to help bail him out but he was only one man and could only do so much by himself so I was forced to stay up packing nonstop and the one man that was still there happened to be paying attention to me when I about blacked out and he had to literally carry me down the stairs and to a chair. The lady that was supposed to be there packing wasn’t packing and I had to go outside and pull out things from my storage building that I needed them to move and I blacked out again. She got on the phone to the so called owner because I was very upset to find her just standing around watching the one remaining man trying to set up the base to the king size bed that I wasn’t taking but I told him due to severe spine problems I needed to take the adjustable base under that bed. Many hours went by and the one man that was left couldn’t do anything else all by himself and eventually the lady left and finally came back with another man but by now I had been having to pack and lift boxes nonstop and I was in no condition to do anything like that. It got very late and they didn’t get everything out of my house. Then they got the truck stuck trying to pull out of the driveway and I was left waiting parked on the road for quite a while until they finally got the truck unstuck. The owner was to meet us at the new house with a couple of people to unload my things and he wanted me to sign a form to pay him a lot of money even though he was a complete liar. The man who stayed told him if he would have had another good worker that they would have had me packed up and moved out within 5 hours and I didn’t think I should have been charged for more than that amount of time considering everything that he put me through and he threatened me and told them to lock the truck up and he would keep my things and sell them. By now it was around midnight and he put me through hell. I signed the stupid form because I needed what they did get on there and they purposely threw my belongings everywhere and broke precious items that belonged to my deceased mother and father. They threw boxes upside down and left boxes that were supposed to be in the house out in the hot garage and things that were marked garage thrown everywhere in the house and they didn’t set up my beds or do anything besides throw everything around and left me in a huge mess. I had to keep going back by myself for days and days making nonstop trips to try and get out what I could but eventually I literally couldn’t move anymore and I was covered in bruises and cuts from trying to get the rest of what I could moved all by myself and I finally just couldn’t do anything because I was in such bad shape and still having black outs due to having a traumatic brain injury and severe concussion and because of everything this man made me do after lying to me about having good employees I have been completely bed ridden and he didn’t even have them set my beds up because it was so late. All I have had is my couch to try to lay on and I’m in much worse shape and in more pain than I can take and his lies cost me at the expense of my health and I still haven’t been able to try and find things and unpack because doing all of this almost killed me and he could have cared less. He is not even listed on Thumbtack anymore and his lies almost killed me. I’m still barely able to move and completely unable to move any boxes to get them where they should go and I have been made to pay dearly at the expense of my health because he doesn’t have employees and he lied about everything and then had the nerve to threaten me and throw everything all over the place and I am in worse shape now than ever and may not be able to recover from the life threatening injuries I told him that I had suffered and I’m in such bad shape because of what he put me through. I sent a message to Gunner at Next Step Movers and told him what this man did to me and that I couldn’t chance driving anymore and he dropped everything and went to my old address and brought over everything that I had managed to put in the garage and right outside of the garage and he said that he wanted to help me after the nightmare I had been put through. This young man is a true Christian and really cares about people and he was not only kind enough to get the things I had left but he wouldn’t take payment from me and said that he wanted to do this for me and he literally rescued me. I would recommend Gunner and his company Next Step Movers to everyone and if I have to move again I will absolutely use him and his company because he does have excellent employees and they truly do care about people and he can be counted on 100%. Because I was forced to keep packing and moving what I could in my small SUV for days and days, I was just unable to go back for the rest of my things and I had to let the people that were moving in know what happened and apologized for not being able to get everything but I was unable to drive or even move after everything I was forced to do for so long and I had to leave the rest of my belongings there for them to get rid of. If you need a real moving company with excellent employees and a wonderful owner, please go with Gunner at Next Step Moving because you will be taken care of properly and I just can’t say enough good things about them and they will take the stress of moving off you and take great care of you. Thanks to the idiot liar at Wrapped In Bubble, he has continued to threaten me and he doesn’t have a real company with experienced employees and because of him, I am still unable to move and I’m covered in cuts and bruises everywhere and I’m not improving at all from the near fatal accident I had and everything is a complete mess at my new address. I have no family and it’s just me hoping that in time I may recover but I’m still unable to move and I still don’t have even one bed set up so I’m having to lay on my couch because it’s all I have to lay on and I’m in serious medical trouble because he lied to me about everything and then had the nerve to threaten me and still has been threatening me and because of him, I may not recover now and I have nobody to help me but thankfully have a security system with cameras so if he tries to come near me I will have him arrested and that’s what I should have done when he first started threatening me to keep and sell my things. He doesn’t have a real company with employees like he told me he had and he assured me that they would get me packed up, moved out, and once here my furniture would be set back up and he did none of those things and he made me do all of this at the expense of my health and I told him up front that I was unable to do anything like this because of the severity of my injuries and he could have cared less. Please go with Gunner at Next Step Moving for all of your moving needs because this young man has a great company and he won’t let you down and I would have given anything if I had found him to begin with and went with his company for my move. I just can’t say enough good things about him and you will definitely be happy with your moving experience if you use Next Step Moving. Should you ever see an ad from Wrapped In Bubble, run away as quickly as possible because he doesn’t have a real company and he doesn’t have the employees that he lied to me about and he is only trouble. I hope I can save people from the nightmare that he put me through so please contact Next Step Movers so you can be assured that you won’t be lied to and you will be well taken care of by Gunner and his wonderful company.
