Eduardo was quick to respond and did great work on my lawn. Unfortunately, he damaged my clean out cap and did not tell me. I had to send him a photo and ask what happened before he finally told me what happened. He said he’d get another one and replace it on Sunday (originally did the service on a Thursday). I reach out to him Monday because I have not heard anything, and again he said he forgot to let me know but the clean out cap size was not normal when he measured it and that he was currently at Home Depot looking for the right size. This was Monday night. I have cameras overlooking my property, including my yard, and I have no video of him ever visiting my house on Sunday. Will update this review when he fixes my clean out cap in the yard. If it’s still a 1 star, he never came back to fix it. Do with this review what you will.
UPDATE: He came back to fix it. Overall, he did a great job on the yard and his communication was great. In the end, he did what he said and that goes a long way with me. I will definitely consider using him in the future! I have added a photo that he fixed it.

No one ever showed up despite booking a reserved time with a two day window open to complete. It was very questionable in whether this is a legit service as no one ever completed the job.
