What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gladly come out to our clients home and consult with them personally on what type of project they have in mind, and collect as much information as possible. We send out an emailed quote for our clients, if everything proceeds, we follow up with a copy of the estimate and contract for our client. We then collect a deposit and put the project on the schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years experience in our line of work, and for the following trades listed above.
