Working with Keri was an excellent experience. She made shopping for my new home effortless from the bed sets in my room down to the silverware in my kitchen. Anything and everything one could need when moving into a new house Keri provided selections and great customer service in a timely manner. Not only did she decorate my entire home with pictures, furniture, etc. Keri stored the items free of charge until so she could deliever and set up all the items at once. Keri and her team hung my pictures, TVs, set up all my bed sets, and tables. She even designed a little office space I can use. I highly recommended Keri and would hire her again as my interior designer.

My husband and I have never used an interior designer before, but Keri with EIA made is easy. She came to our home and listened to what I wanted and provided a plan that was more than either of us could imagine. She provided ideas and concepts that took my home up a few notches. Our home looks like a model home while feeling comfortable to live in. We constantly receive compliments and can’t wait to use her again on our next project.

I truly enjoyed working with Keri to decorate our new home during the pandemic. Keri was very communicative every step of the way, provided great ideas and tips and made our move in process so much easier and less stressful. Keri was able to get us set up in our new home (fully furnished, painted, decorated and other items) in half the time it would have taken had we decided to do the project on our own. Her knowledge and experience was truly valuable and I highly recommend her for any interior design project management project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
E.I.A. charges a flat rate design fee, however, other cost may include, but are not limited to..... installation fees, trash fees, contractor fees, & return fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I prefer to have a conversation to establish the scope of the project, my clients style, and estimated budget. Then I like to visit the space that is being designed to go over what is needed, to take pictures and to take measurements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Atlanta.
