What can I say other than Thank you, Thank you ,Thank you to Miguel , Ms Carly and the crew from Floor Coverings Intl! From the initial consultation to the unexpected water damage clean up pause on our end. Miguel stayed in touch with us and our contractor to keep up to date and calm my anxiety. When Miguel and his team were finally able to get in and get the flooring done, they were on time , professional and efficient. Clean up was the best Ive seen from contractors. My floors look amazing and I especially love my steps. Didnt know how they would do it but they did! I would definitely recommend Miguel and his Floor Covering Intl crew to get the job done with graciousness and a smile.

I had new floors placed. The in-house visit is to see your house and how you live dogs and such. Then they took time to select products to match my lifestyle. I wanted a hardy product that I could clean easy and tolerate dogs and match with downstairs.They rebuilt my stairs that were poorly constructed and reinforced before adding the floors.They were prompt on time. Worked around my schedule (nurse!) tolerated and were pleasant with my dogs who got distressed with the noise. The house was spotless end of day everyday. No mess anywhere to be found. No mess in my trash cans!!! Did a full walk around post completion and addressed every concern immediately. I had flooring downstairs and they were 98% match to the prior colour!!!! I couldnt say enough nice things. My dogs have them four paws review :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes everything (furniture moving, removal & haul away, installation and clean up) with no hidden fees. The price we quote is the price you will pay (excluding unforeseen subfloor issues). All you need to do is sit back and enjoy your new floors!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free 90-minute in-home consultation from our mobile flooring showroom with over 3,000 samples allowing you to view the recommended products in your home with your lighting and decor. Prior to product recommendations, we learn about your lifestyle and flooring needs to find the right flooring for your home or office.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Not all flooring is created the same even if it has similar colors available. Ensure you are asking about flooring warranties and adherence to VOC (volatile organic compounds, i.e. off-gassing) regulations. Sale and low priced flooring from big box stores could have a very attractive price point but end up costing more at installation due to more waste and manufacturer defects or have a much shorter warranty.
