- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes everything (furniture moving, removal & haul away, installation and clean up) with no hidden fees. The price we quote is the price you will pay (excluding unforeseen subfloor issues). All you need to do is sit back and enjoy your new floors!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free 90-minute in-home consultation from our mobile flooring showroom with over 3,000 samples allowing you to view the recommended products in your home with your lighting and decor. Prior to product recommendations, we learn about your lifestyle and flooring needs to find the right flooring for your home or office.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Not all flooring is created the same even if it has similar colors available. Ensure you are asking about flooring warranties and adherence to VOC (volatile organic compounds, i.e. off-gassing) regulations. Sale and low priced flooring from big box stores could have a very attractive price point but end up costing more at installation due to more waste and manufacturer defects or have a much shorter warranty.
