Our typical process for working with a new customer involves several steps to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience: 1. **Initial Inquiry:** - The process usually begins with an initial inquiry from the customer. This can come through various channels such as Thumbtack, email, phone call, or our website's contact form. 2. **Consultation:** - We believe in understanding our customers' needs and preferences. Therefore, we schedule a consultation to discuss their vision, desired outcomes, and any specific requests they may have. This can be done over the phone, or through video call, whichever is most convenient for the customer. 3. **Proposal and Agreement:** - Following the consultation, we provide a booking link, where the customer is able to sign the contract, pay the fees and secure their date. 4. **Planning the Session:** - We work closely with the customer to plan the logistics of the photography session, including the location, time of the day, and any special arrangements required. We also provide guidance on wardrobe choices, and other considerations to ensure a successful shoot. 5. **The Photography Session:** - On the scheduled date, we conduct the photography session according to the agreed-upon plan. Our goal is to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, allowing everyone to feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera. 6. **Post-Production and Delivery:** - After the session, we carefully select and edit the best images to enhance their quality and aesthetics. If agreed, we send some sneak peeks. 7. **Feedback and Follow-Up:** - We value feedback from our customers as it helps us improve our services. After delivering the photos, we follow up with the customer to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs they may have.
