FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Trapping is process. Typically a 10-14 day session. Pricing will depend on what animals we'e trapping, but it is ALWAYS a ONE TIME trapping session fee. There will be NO "catch fee," (where the customer pays every time something is caught). As far as exclusion pricing goes, we will have to take a look at your problem to see what needs to be sealed up to prevent entry. This is different for every home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a phone call or a text is the first step. Find out what you're having issues with. Listening to the customer is crucial during this step, because if you diagnose the wrong problem, the job could take longer than either the tech or the homeowner wants. Secondly, an inspection is performed. This is where we take a look at EVERYTHING. We are here to solve your problem, so when diagnosing your issue, we want to make sure we offer you everything we can to solve your problem. If you do hire us, we will start then. Setting traps typically will come first and if we can seal some things up that day that won't interfere with the trapping process, we will. This is followed up by trap checks. This is typically done every other day or so to allow time for animals to get used to traps being where they are. Lastly, once we caught the animals, we seal up entry points and other areas of concerns.
