- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For wedding couples who are flexible with the date and consider a non-saturday date (anytime between Sunday morning to Friday morning) I offer 10 - 15% off my fees. I charge hourly for coordination requests and am willing to work with your budget for a great event. Design and decor items are costed based on the client's desired style and preferences.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk over the phone and exchange emails about our first face to face meeting, where we go in depth discussing the event and getting familiarized with each other. You get to know more about me and my business while I also get to know you better. We touch on basic necessities for the event, set plans in motion and make arrangements for subsequent meetings and courses of action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master in Business Administration and have attended several seminars and workshops for event planning. Certification is underway.
