- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have different packages or hourly rates. Our pricing includes: *Complimentary in-home consultation *List of suggested organization supplies *Communication with 2 Professional Organizers about your needs for project *Removal of donations
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we have an initial phone consultation to define the customers needs and expectations. We would like to see pictures of the area(s) desired to be organized and offer FaceTime meetings. After this we design a plan of action and will give the customer details of the job and the price for the job. Once the details have been approved we will set a date to begin the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We started out volunteering to help friends and family with their organizing needs. We have organized closets, garages, church kitchens and supply rooms. Melody has also organized recreational tennis teams and a cafe for our church youth area. We both have experience in packing, unpacking and setting up new homes. We decided to turn our volunteering work into a business and we love our job!
