What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% discount for ALL veterans
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is a 60 minute empowerment introductory session. The remaining sessions are 45-60 minutes of authentic work, accountability, reflection, and celebration.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. I am a graduate of Coach For Life Institute, trained and certified using the fulfillment coaching model, since 2001. I am a certified mediator in Conflict Resolution and a graduate of the Department of Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute. I am a retired officer from the United States Air Force where I spent over 20 years, living, working, supporting, promoting, and empowering individuals of all ages, economic status, creeds and cultures.
