Rudi and his team were fantastic. He came out and did the requested job: downspout and French drain installation, tune up of existing system, for a reasonable cost, and the end result came out looking good! Would use him again and again!

When you contact a company and state to them that all the project details are listed, you as a consumer are hoping they are reading it. Our home is 50ft high to reach the roof. It’s a 4 story modern home made of steel. The only way to access the roof is from outside the home. The gutter that has the issue, that is only 3 years old starts at the roof. Rudy ask me would he need a ladder to see the area. Hmm, sir yes you would. I sent a video that I took by holding my phone out the window on the 4th floor where the water was pouring out. He asked if I could send more pictures. A quality gutter person is going to come and inspect it themselves to give you a quote. If there is a charge to get a quote, cool say that, I will happily pay. Additionally, since we are high ranking Fed staff, with Fed alarms we dont just give out our address. We provided Top Golf Midtown and the zip code as a reference area. Primarily because everyone that comes to our home is registered on the Fed system. As a courteous we give location so vendor can see if one they service the area and two how far away we are from them. If it’s a definite they will show up, we provide address and let them know the Fed protocol for our home. No one wishes to waste anyone time. However Rudy Gutters please note that not all homes and clients are the same. If everyone is on the same page from the start without the run around it makes it alot better! At the end of the day, people contacting you need a service. The real question is can you do the work and what will it cost after you’ve fully inspected the issue.
