Lue was professional and pleasant when communicating. We experienced some delays with the appliance delivery, impacting the install schedule. Let made the experience less unpleasant by communicating, checking in on delivery status and adjusting his availability as needed. When he finally completed the installation of an otr microwave, he was considerate of the family around him, professional , quality work, and pocket friendly! Lue was phenomenal. He responded promptly to the service request and answered any questions I may have had. He discarded the old appliance and was in and out in less than an hour.
