There was some initial scheduling mishap, but Allen Garage Door Company provided great quality and efficient service once the technician arrived. The also worked me to schedule fix on a Friday evening to get me the support needed as quickly as possible. The custom springs had a 3-year warranty which were a nice addition, and the technician's expertise was evident.

So my garage door was not responding.

Needed garage door fixed and they responded lightning fast! Had a technician out within 2 hours, assessed the situation and gave me a quote before fixing it. Everything was done within an hour. The technician was very professional and answered all my questions before moving forward with the job and pricing is extremely reasonable (did some research prior). Appreciate the fast but thorough job done. Would recommend and use this company again.

so my garage door got closed on a box breaking a roller bracket and messing up the tension cable. Michael from Allen Garage door was able to send out a technician right away who fixed the door promptly. Tom the technician even helped move items back into the garage when he was done (I was watching my granddaughter so that was really appreciated.)
