- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on location, length of service, and if I will need to bring my own audio equipment or if there is already a set up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial process begins with a phone conversation regarding the customer needs. We discuss where the event will take place, the type of music they want to be played and how long they want us to perform.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 5 member band that has over 30 years of experience at various levels of performing.
