I really had high hopes for this one. I was looking for monthly maintenance. For some reason, they didn't take payment from me and the scheduled time already had been rescheduled. I don't check this app all of the time and attempted calling a few times with no response to pay them. To be untruthful by saying that you contacted me when I have not received anything other than these messages sent to Thumbtack, there is only so much that I can do. I needed the maintenance and the only time that services were rendered which was a few months ago. I figured since I couldn't get a hold of them, they would show up around the 1st of the month as discussed. Then I would have paid for that month and the current month. I even after I paid them asked if they were doing monthly services as we had talked about and no answer. So unfortunately, this company has lost my business indefinitely. I don't like any impressions that I don't pay for my services when they had not sent me the invoice to my email with payment methods to do so. As a disabled veteran on a fixed income and a lot of health issues, I simply do not have time with companies that will cause me more stress than anything else.

We greet the customer and carefully focus on the request. Find out the complete contact information and send quote. Once agreement has been reached we schedule the service and send the invoice upon completion.
