I cannot say enough good things about Impacted Plumbing. They responded immediately to a plumbing concern at my rental property. The tenant reported a leak, and Impacted Plumbing quickly dispatched a technician to address the issue. The technician was on time, professional, and incredibly responsive. These guys were quick to respond, thorough and efficient in identifying the problem, and ready to repair. Cost was very reasonable, and he was super clear about warranty and showing me how to monitor any additional issues. Will for sure call them again.

Our garbage disposal unit needed to be replaced. We placed the job on Thumbtack and impacted plumbing was the first to reach out with a very reasonable price. The communication throughout was responsive and clear, major kudos to Maie, the representative. Not only did the technician arrive on schedule to replace the unit, but he also improved the water pressure on our sink, exceeding expectations. We will use them again. Highly recommend.

Our prices are estimates and will vary depending on the problem, location of problem, severity of problem, difficulty to fix, parts required, and other factors as well. There is a $29 service fee for a technician to come out and give an estimate for your plumbing issue. This fee will be waived if you decide to move forward with the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over a decade of knowledge and experience with residential plumbing and servicing the Atlanta area.
