- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is 100% "fee-based", meaning that we charge an annual fee that is based on the amount of funds that we manage for our clients. Our fee ranges from 0.50% to 1.40% depending on a number of factors, such as 1) the total value of the accounts that we are managing 2) our relationship with the client 3) the level of inherit risk that we as a firm may be required to accept, depending on the rare and unique demands of a new clients, etc. We also love referrals! Therefore, clients who refer new clients to Wealthcare Financial Group, Inc. will receive a discount on their annual investment advisory fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for new client engagement begins with an introduction to Wealthcare Advisor, our interactive account aggregation and wealth management portal. Wealthcare Advisor, our fully interactive wealth management and personal finance portal enables our firm to provide comprehensive retirement, investment and estate planning advice. Utilizing the fully interactive account aggregation tool, we are able to coordinate real-time financial planning, portfolio management and retirement preparedness sessions with our clients. Morningstar embedded investment & portfolio management data allows our firm to design custom model portfolios; as well as prepare comparative investment analysis on the composition of our clients holdings. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year I am required to complete 10 hours of continuing education for the professional designations that I hold. In addition, I have to complete a series of industry & regulatory educational modules in order to maintain the various securities licenses that I have.
