December 15, 2024I missed the original email from my insurance company regarding the problem with my roof. That was in September. When I got a letter in the mail about three weeks before my insurance was due to be renewed, it put me in panic mode because they are threatening to cancel my homeowners insurance if my roof is not repaired. I called the insurance company to find out what I needed to do because the roof is not visibly damaged. The insurance company told me to have the roof inspected, pressure washed and submit proof of payment.I shared my scenario with my coworker who has home building knowledge. He suggested Roof Maxx from an advertisement he had seen on television. We looked at it together on the computer. I contacted Roof Maxx by submitting an estimate request online. From November 25th to completing my request on November 29th, Roof Maxx came to my rescue to protect my roof and give me more time to plan for a new roof. Roof Maxx also prepared slides of the roof before and after cleaning, minor repairs, and sealing my roof. This slide presentation was more acceptable by my insurance company than the paid invoice alone. Roof Maxx completed my roof in time so that my homeowners insurance was not interrupted. I am ecstatic about what Roof Maxx did for me and I am going to tell anyone I can about their services and how quickly they got it done.Thank you, Roof Maxx

Our pricing is unique for each job and depends on the size and pitch of the roof and the degree of work we are doing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up an initial inspection which will be followed with a thorough roof report and our recommendations. Afterwards, based on the path the customer chooses we will send our estimate and allow our customer to decide when to proceed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several years of experience in roofing as well as extensive training in the science at application of our roof rejuvenation product.
