- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates giving on the phone will give a high and low prices creating the variables potentially unseen work through my experience I've learned that there are certain things that might not be seen that are predictable but will not be known until underlayment of shingles or other items are removed. I have a great leading reputation in the business and I resolve all issues after thorough investigation of the root cause and products utilize that may have created the problem we then come up with the solution that creates longevity and lasting repsir system. All clients will receive a PDF report before during and after pictures will be labeled with comments so clients have records and will understand clearly what the problem was and how it was resolved
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After meeting And discussing the issues and concerns I will go outside and do a full valuation and communicate with you after what steps will be taken before moving forward to ensure understanding and satisfaction
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm highly educated in multiple structure repairs roof repairs and other items in the industry I'm educated through training since 1987 I worked on multiple buildings resolving problems such as Georgia Tech and multiple residential areas and historical areas like Thomas Jefferson's homes in Virginia residential homes in the Atlanta area troubleshooting to an inspections for large companies bringing resolve to the clients
